new behavior of broot minibuffer file opener thingy (details)
If there is already a pane that looks like "hx {file}", switch to that
pane
If the current pane is a shell (bash or fish), send-keys "hx {file}"
If the current pane is helix, send-keys ":o {file}"
Otherwise, open the file in a new pane
Prereq changes:
hx has to change its own title to "^hx {file}" when launched
fish has to have a title of "^fish.*"
